Our appellate practice includes the defense and prosecution of appeals in state and federal courts. We have successfully handled appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, through effective persuasive written and oral argument that has changed, modified or clarified prior precedent.
