P. Kelly O’Dea

Kelly is an AV rated attorney and brings over 40 years of trial experience and focuses his practice on No-Fault defense. Throughout his career, Kelly has successfully litigated all aspects and levels of civil litigation including at the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court. Kelly’s success at the appellate level has resulted in significant clarifications and changes to the No-Fault Act.

Kelly has extensive experience and knowledge in the Michigan No-Fault Act where he currently provides advice and representation to insurance carriers regarding complex PIP issues.

Throughout his career Kelly has also litigated claims involving automobile negligence, business disputes, commercial contracts, domestic disputes including divorce, high way defects and traumatic brain injury.
